Cut out dresses are everywhere. Sexy starlets, models and editors can't get enough of the trend. Would you wear these dresses? Here are my tips:
1.Make sure that the area which will be exposed is one of your best assets.
2.Get a tan
3.It is important to have a flat stomach or a lean back
4.Hydrate your skin
5.The dress shouldn't be too tight in the wrong places so that it won't be unflattering
